Painter who was born in Twickenham, Middlesex. After attending Marlborough College he studied at the Royal Academy Schools. During World War II he was engaged in camouflage work for the Air Ministry and Ministry of Home Security. He exhibited RA, RSA, Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts and Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool. Brighton and Rochdale galleries hold his work. Was a member of the Arts Club and of Art Workers’ Guild from 1933. Lived in London.
