Landscape and marine illustrator, born in London, son of the artist Roy Glanville. He attended Heatherley and Byam Shaw Schools of Art and Royal Academy Schools, his teachers including Peter Greenham and Bernard Dunstan. Glanville was elected a member of RWA, showing with it annually from 1980. Exhibited in RA Summer Exhibition from 1972. Exhibited extensively elsewhere, including NEAC, RBA, National Museum of Wales in Cardiff, Woburn Abbey, Ashgate Gallery in Farnham and Sinfield Gallery, Burford, W H Patterson Fine Arts and Medici Galleries. RWA and Richmond Museum hold his work. Lived in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
