(b Florence, 30 Jan. 1484; d Florence, 14 Jan. 1525). Florentine painter, a minor master of the High Renaissance. He was a pupil of Mariotto Albertinelli and later shared a workshop with Andrea del Sarto, who was the dominant influence on his style.
