Painter and teacher, born in Woking, Surrey. Studied at Kingston School of Art and Royal College of Art and eventually became principal of Eastbourne School of Art, latterly the College of Art and Design. The local Towner Art Gallery holds his work. Lived in Eastbourne, Sussex.
