Painter, miniaturist, printmaker and teacher. After initial education in London she studied at St John’s Wood and Lambeth Schools of Art and Atelier Colarossi, Paris. She was a versatile, prolific and much-travelled artist who as well as exhibiting at London venues such as RA, RMS, Goupil Gallery, RI and ROI showed abroad, where her work is widely distributed. Was commissioned to paint a portrait of the Emperor of Abyssinia, Haile Selassie. Ben Uri Art Society holds examples. Lived in London.
