
Artist in a range of media, including printmaking and collage, born in Warsaw, Poland. With the help of the Central British Fund charity organisation Dresner arrived in England in 1945, starting to paint during a four-year stay in sanatoriums. He then studied at Heatherley School of Fine Art, 1949, and at Central School of Arts and Crafts, 1953. St Martin’s Gallery gave him shows in 1962 and 1966; Ben Uri Art Society, which holds a range of examples, in 1975; Galerie Roche, Henstedt, 1980; and Galerie Slavia, Bremen, 1981. Lived latterly in Middlesex.
