Painter. Studied painting for four years full time at St Martin’s School of Art under Frederick Gore, R V Pitchforth and James Stroudley. He was closely associated with the Thames, living for six years in the Thames Valley as a child, at Henley and later on at Chiswick Mall. Showed at RA from early 1960s. Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, Coventry, has many paintings of local interest in its collection.
