Portrait painter in oil and teacher, born in Birmingham. She studied at the College of Arts and Crafts there, her teachers including Bernard Fleetwood-Walker. Went on to hold a number of teaching posts in the Midlands, notably at Windylow School in Solihull and at the Bournville School of Art. She showed at NS, SWA, ROI, Paris Salon and extensively in the provinces. Lived Wootton Wawen, Warwickshire.
