Sculptor, installations artist and lecturer who gained an honours degree at Oxford University, 1985–9; another in fine art, sculpture, from Central St Martins, 1990–3; and a postgraduate diploma in sculpture, Royal Academy Schools, 1993–6. Won a de Segonzac Travel Award, 1996. Lectured in anatomy, Byam Shaw School of Art, where she held a Henry Moore Fellowship, 1997–8. Mixed shows included RA Summer Exhibition, 1995; Mercury Gallery, 1996; and British Figurative Art II, Flowers East, 1998. Commissions included a portrait, Southall & Company, Birmingham, 1993; installation, collection N & B Kamerer, New York, 1996–7, and sculpture, Vanderbilt University, 1997–8, both in America; and an installation, The Gallery of the Future, Loughborough, 1998.
