Artist and teacher, born in London. He studied at Worthing School of Arts and Crafts, then at Royal Academy Schools, his teachers including Peter Greenham, Carel Weight and Ruskin Spear. Exhibited widely, and was chosen by Jack Beddington for his 1957 volume Young Artists of Promise. Public galleries in Batley, Leicester, Nottingham, Preston and Worthing hold his work. Taught at West Sussex College of Art and Design. Signed work with initials. Lived at Shoreham-by-Sea, Sussex.
