Artist who was born in Nottingham. Studied at Trent Polytechnic, 1985–6, then graduated with honours from Goldsmiths’ College, 1986–9. Group exhibitions included Ghost Photography, The Illusion of the Visible, Italian tour, 1989, and Modern Medicine, Building One, and A Group Show, Karsten Schubert Ltd, both 1990. Solo shows included Riverside Studios in 1990 and Karsten Schubert, 1991, with a shared exhibition following a residency at Camden Arts Centre, 1995–6. Modern Art Inc showed vivid mosaic works by this London-based artist in 2003 and in 2004–5 there was an exhibition at Inverleith House, Edinburgh.
