Painter, born and lived in London, who studied at Falmouth School of Art, 1985–6, Derbyshire College, 1986–8, Brighton Polytechnic, 1989–91, and Royal College of Art, 1991–3. His awards included Mario Dubsky Travel Award and Christie’s Fine Art Prize, both 1992, and Atlantis European Studio Prize, 1993. Christie’s Corporate Collection holds Clark’s work. Mixed exhibitions included Maze Gallery, Brighton, 1989, Royal Over-Seas League Annual Open, 1992, and John Moores Liverpool Exhibition, 1993–4 and 2002. In 1994 shared a three-man exhibition at Paton Gallery, sun-filled pool scenes incorporating collage elements.
