Painter and teacher, born in Ealing, where she studied at the local School of Art, at the Royal College of Art, 1927–30, under Ernest Tristram and Reco Capey, then from 1935–6 at the Slade School of Fine Art with Vladimir Polunin. Exhibited RA, RWS, WIAC and Paris Salon. Active member of Questors Theatre Club, Ealing. Lived in London.
