Painter, draughtsman, printmaker and teacher, born in Cardiff, Wales. He was married to the watercolourist Flora Bush, his father James Bush having been head of Cardiff School of Science and Art. Reginald studied there and at Royal College of Art. He went on to teach, being principal of Bristol Municipal School of Art for about 40 years from 1895. Exhibited RA, RWA, RE extensively, Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, Paris Salon and elsewhere overseas. Bristol and Cardiff bought prints by him. Lived for many years in Bristol, and in London.
