Painter and draughtsman, born in Nogent-sur-Oise, France, but was educated in England. She studied at the Byam Shaw and Vicat Cole School of Art and at the Regent Street Polytechnic School of Art, winning a series of medals. She was noted for her charcoal drawings and pictures of people and flowers and showed frequently at RA, 1929–68, also at RP and Paris Salon, where she gained an Hon. Mention. With the artists Elsie Gledstanes and Agnes Tatham she ran the Unique Studio for Children art school in London for some years. Regent Street Polytechnic bought decorative panels by her. Lived in London and latterly in Silverstone, Towcester, Northamptonshire.
