Figurative painter in oil and watercolour, born in St Faiths, Norfolk, the county where he settled at Spixworth. Burrows was self-taught and began serious painting in the late-1960s. He was a member of Norfolk and Norwich Art Circle and showed at RA Summer Exhibitions from 1980, also ROI, RBA, RSMA, RI, NEAC and Paris Salon. Atkinson Art Gallery in Southport and Norfolk County Council hold his work.
