Painter, notably of frescoes and murals, born in Edinburgh, whose full name was Katherine Burns McKeon. She studied at Edinburgh College of Art, 1946–50, where her teachers included William Gillies and Leonard Rosoman. She won a number of painting prizes, including a first prize at RSA, also showing in Scotland with SSA and Arts Council. In addition she showed widely internationally, including completing murals for the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank in Paris and the Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong. Lived for some years at Flayosc in the Var region of southern France.
