Painter in oil, born and lived in London, who attended Westminster School, then Byam Shaw School of Drawing and Painting, his teachers including Peter Greenham and Patrick Phillips. The Hon. George Bruce was elected RP in 1959 and occupied senior positions, being vice-president from 1984.
