Artist and teacher whose work included abstract sculptures and constructions, with pigment. Was born in London of Anglo-Swiss nationality. Studied at Wimbledon School of Art, 1964–6, then gained an honours degree in fine art painting at Falmouth School of Art, 1966–9, in the latter year winning the Sir Edward Nichol Painting Prize. Was joint editor of the arts anthology Wallpaper, also participating in Wallpaper on Cassette, Audio Arts. Had an artists in schools residency, Eastern Arts Board, 1989. Between 1970–94 did part-time teaching in schools, further and higher education, from 1994 teaching at Tresham Institute, Kettering. Group shows included On Site, Arnolfini Gallery, Bristol, 1979; The Economist Gallery, 1991; and The Table Studio Group, The Living Room, 1996.
