Painter, printmaker, draughtsman, photographer and teacher, born in London. She graduated with a class one honours degree at Reading University under J Anthony Betts. Taught mainly in the West Country, including Rolle College, Exmouth. In 1978 won a South West Arts Major Award. Took up photography in 1970, using it in conjunction with screenprinting; between 1985–8 photography became an interest in its own right, then returned to drawing and painting. Was a member of Newlyn Society of Artists and Devon Guild of Craftsmen, also showing at NEAC and RWA. In 1986 was photographer-in-residence for Television South-West. Devon Schools Museums Service holds her work. Lived in Galmpton, Brixham, Devon.
