Artist in various media, born in Nottingham, who studied at the University of Lancaster. Group shows included The Piece Hall Art Gallery, Halifax (with Liza Dracup), 1997; Scottish Sculpture Workshop, Lumsden, 1998; and The Approach Gallery, 1999. In that year Ben-Zenou was participating in the Acme Fire Station Residency Scheme and was shortlisted for The NatWest Art Prize. There, she exhibited apparently abstract pictures, inspired by cities, aerial views, maps and plans. Solo shows included Brahm Gallery, Leeds, 1993, and Cartwright Hall, Bradford, 1997.
