Artist who studied painting and sculpture at Goldsmiths’ College School of Art, 1965–8. Won a Boise Travelling Scholarship, 1968–9, working in Italy and France, eventually settling in Cornwall. Group shows included John Moores Liverpool Exhibition, 1972; Midland Group, Nottingham, 1979; Spirit of London, first prize winner, 1983; Landscappen, Galerie Marie-Puck Brookthaers, Brussels, Belgium, 1990; The Curator’s Egg, Anthony Reynolds Gallery, 1994; and Flowers East, 1999. Also showed at RA Summer Exhibition and LG. Later solo exhibitions included Galerie Ferdinand Van Dieten-d’Eendt, Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1997, and Austin/Desmond Fine Art, from 1998. Arts Council and RA hold examples.
