Painter, whose figurative pictures could have an amusing-grotesque quality, as in her contribution to Eight by Eight, at Pallant House, Chichester, 1997. She obtained a fine art honours degree at West Surrey College of Art & Design, Farnham, 1991–4. Mixed exhibitions included Fresh Art, Islington, where she was shortlisted for a Space Award, 1994, and No Turkeys, Raw Gallery, 1995. Had solo exhibitions at Sadler’s Wells, 1995 and 1996, with one titled Jamboree at Piano Nobile, 1997. Lived in Milford, Surrey.
