Culture24 was a charity which, between 2001 and 2023, aimed to support arts and heritage organisations and help them connect with audiences. Culture24's work included providing consultancy, and running workshops, conferences and action research projects.
Culture24 provided the UK's most comprehensive database of arts and heritage event listings. It was free for venues to add their listings, and Culture24 then shared those listings with their partner organisations.
Since the launch of Art UK in 2016 until 2023, Culture24 provided thousands of event and exhibition listings to populate Art UK's 'What's on' section. We hoped this helped drive physical visits to our partner collections.
