The Barber Institute of Fine Arts is housed in one of Birmingham’s finest Art Deco buildings. Situated on the campus of the University of Birmingham, it was the first building to be purpose-built for the study of art history in the UK. The collection includes famous works by artists such as Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Edgar Degas, J. M. W. Turner and Rubens, many of which are available to buy as art prints on the Art UK Shop.
