Known for her highly abstracted landscape images which are sprinkled with a generous dose of glitter, Kate Bright has brought a bit of sparkle to Barts. This painting is one of a specially commissioned suite of paintings which brings an element of surprise as the snow covered branches catch the light and animate the space – twinkling as patients, staff and visitors pass through this lift lobby.
