A post-battle scene, with bound prisoners and many soldiers to left and right. The leader pointing at the prisoners is perhaps ordering their execution(?) whilst a woman with a child begs at his feet. Possibly a Biblical scene, though the figures are in Renaissance period dress. One of the figures to the left appears to be holding a Swiss cantonal flag.
