This very large painting hangs high up on the wall in a recessed area of the Meetings Room (on the right when entering from the main entrance). It is a portrait of Sir Solly Zuckerman, seated. The wording on the gilded label screwed to the base of the frame is: 'Professor Sir Solly Zuckerman. Presented to the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) in 1966 by Sir Barnett Janner, Dr M. L.
