This painting was acquired following an exhibition with Banber Wallis in the Lewis Elton Gallery, and was the first of Anne Hardy's exhibitions to concentrate on painting. The painting is hung in the foyer area of the Duke of Kent Building. Hardy graduated from St Martin's School of Art in 1991 with a Fine Art degree in sculpture. After leaving college she was drawn towards oil painting as a medium and now paints full-time from her studio in Surrey.
