Artist who aged 16 was accepted as a pupil of Pietro Annigoni in Florence. He became known particularly for his oil paintings of children at the seaside, but also completed still lifes, gardenscapes and nude figure studies. He showed at RP, RBA, Grand Prix d’Art in Monaco, the Patrick Seale Gallery, City of London Exhibition, the New Ashgate Gallery in Farnham and RA. In 1992 he shared a show with three artists at Anna-Mei Chadwick.
