The Royal Green Jackets (Rifles) Museum

Portrait painter in oil, son of stained glass artist Henry Holt. Attended St Helens School of Art, Liverpool School of Art and Slade School of Art. Exhibited RA, RCamA, Paris and Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, which holds his work. In 1958 he published Portrait Painting in Oils. Member of Chelsea Arts Club and lived latterly in London.
