Painter who was by profession a builder, born and lived in Leicester. He studied at the College of Art there and Lincoln College of Art and was a member of Leicester Society of Artists and Leicester Sketch Club. He also showed with ROI, RBA and widely in the Midlands. Leicester Museum and Art Gallery holds his work.
