Painter and draughtsman who was born and lived in London. She attended St Felix School, Southwold, and studied in Italy, then went to Slade School of Fine Art, 1928–31, under Henry Tonks and Randolph Schwabe, and several years later the Euston Road School under the direction of Claude Rogers, Victor Pasmore and William Coldstream. Showed at RA, LG, New Grafton Gallery and elsewhere. Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester, holds her work.
