Painter of children and landscapes. She was a first cousin of Sir Sydney Cockerell, who was director of the Fizwilliam Museum, Cambridge, 1908–37; the wife of the sculptor Sir George Frampton, who like her enrolled at the Royal Academy Schools in 1882; and the mother of the painter Meredith Frampton, who painted a fine portrait of her. She exhibited at RA, New Gallery, ROI, RBA and elsewhere and lived for many years in London.
